Clinical Manager - Inpatient Oncology
Location : Bernalillo, NM, 87004
POSITION SUMMARY: Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Manager overseeing clinical services in the Inpatient Oncology unit. Collaborate closely with the Director and Medical Staff to enhance the quality of care and elevate patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current RN license, BLS certification, and preferred national certification in an area of expertise.
- SKILLS: Demonstrated clinical proficiency, strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, adept problem-solving, team motivation, and effective planning and organizational skills.
- EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years in various clinical roles and 2 years in a management position.
NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Director of Med-Surg and BHS.
ENVIRONMENT: Work in a clean, well-ventilated, and smoke-free environment; must be adaptable to potential stressful situations and flexible hours.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and communicating effectively with team members and patients.
